Software engineer with a strong knowledge of the fintech industry and several years of experience in building products and solutions in the financial sector.
After getting his PhD in Computer Engineering, Gilberto began his career joining a consultancy company and working for the major Italian banks. He mainly worked on solutions for the stocks trading and insurance sector.
In 2017, he moved to the fintech industry by joining finleap. At finleap Gilberto covered different positions for different startups in both pure development roles and technical leadership ones. He gained his experience in several fintech related topics and got the proper knowledge of the industry.
